Plugin terms
An eligible Patreon membership is required to download releases available to your tier. Downloaded versions remain usable after membership ends and work offline.
Copies contain watermarks linked to your Patreon account. You may use them on your own computers and keep private backups. Do not share, publish, resell or redistribute copies, including modified versions.
Unauthorized sharing may lead to manual restriction of future downloads; existing copies remain usable. Contact Pandarinka for review, support or refund requests. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Revised terms apply to subsequent downloads.
Privacy Notice
Data. Patreon supplies your account ID, profile name and membership information to verify access. We retain the ID, name, issued-copy identifiers, releases and dates, watermark matching records, restriction reasons/history and any past terms-acceptance records. Account information is required for personalized downloads; without it, we cannot provide them.
Purposes and legal basis. Contract performance covers access checks and delivery. Legitimate interests cover identifying unauthorized sharing, preventing abuse and handling disputes, including related records. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to unrelated processing.
Website. Necessary cookies support sign-in, the one-hour session and form security. Connection IPs are used temporarily for security, not saved in our database or access logs. Providers may keep infrastructure logs. We do not sell your data or use advertising/analytics cookies.
Recipients and locations. Records are administered in Moldova and hosted by DigitalOcean in the Netherlands. Patreon handles authentication; DNS/network providers, including Cloudflare, process connection information. Providers may process data internationally. DigitalOcean's applicable transfer safeguards are described in its Data Processing Agreement. Copies of applicable transfer safeguards are available on request.
Retention. Attribution and acceptance records may be kept for years while needed to identify non-expiring copies or handle disputes. Restriction records remain while needed to administer blocks or resolve claims. Continued necessity is reviewed, including on request. Server backups rotate over 14 days; restricted local recovery archives may retain older records until no longer needed for recovery or claims.
Your rights. Contact Pandarinka to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or to object to processing, subject to applicable law. You may complain to Moldova's data-protection authority or another competent authority.
